Terms of Service

GoBox is a media player and a management portal for your own media playlists. We do not provide, host, sell, curate, or control any channels, streams, films, series, or other media content. All content is supplied by you through a playlist URL, an Xtream Codes login, or a file you upload. GoBox simply organizes that content and plays it on your television.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are solely responsible for the playlists, provider credentials, and media sources you add to the Service, and for the legality of accessing that content in your jurisdiction. You represent and warrant that you have all rights and authorizations necessary to access and play the content you add.

GoBox does not monitor, verify, endorse, or assume any responsibility for any third-party stream or source. Any dispute regarding content is between you and your content provider.

Access is tied to a device identifier (shown as a MAC address) and a generated device code displayed on your television. Anyone with these values can manage the playlists on that device, so keep them private. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your device.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• violate any law or infringe anyone’s intellectual-property or other rights;
• access content you are not authorized to access;
• reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law;
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Each device includes a 7-day free trial beginning when the device is first activated. After the trial, continued access requires a one-time purchase, made per device through the portal: a yearly license (US $5, which extends access for one year) or a lifetime license (US $50, one-time). Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.

Payments are processed by PayPal; we do not store your card details. Purchases are one-time charges and are not recurring subscriptions. Except where required by applicable law, payments are non-refundable once the corresponding license has been applied to your device.

The Service relies on third parties, including your own media provider and our payment processor (PayPal). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and GoBox is not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct.

The GoBox application, portal, name, logo, and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. They grant no rights in any content you access, which remains the property of its respective owners.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Stream availability and quality depend entirely on your provider and your network.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GoBox and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the device in question in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the Service at any time by removing your playlists and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or comply with law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the operator of the Service is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located there will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you.
