Refund Policy

This policy explains when GoBox Player offers refunds. GoBox sells software licenses for a media-player application; we want you to be confident before you pay.

Try before you buy

Every device gets a 7-day free trial before any payment is required. We strongly recommend using the trial to make sure the app works with your setup, since it gives you full access at no cost.

Digital licenses

Because a purchase immediately unlocks the software on your device, license payments are generally non-refundable once activated.

When we will refund

If you hit a technical problem with the app that our support team genuinely cannot resolve, email us within 14 days of your purchase at support@goboxplayer.com and we will review your case and, where appropriate, issue a refund. We do not refund issues caused by your own media source, provider, or network, as those are outside our control.

How payments and refunds are processed

Payments are handled by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for GoBox Player. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to your original payment method.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
