Refund Policy

Every device gets a 7-day free trial before any payment is required. The trial gives you full access at no cost — please use it to make sure the app works with your setup before purchasing.

Because a purchase immediately and permanently unlocks the software on your device, all license payments are final and non-refundable. The free trial exists precisely so you can verify everything works before paying.

We do not issue refunds for issues caused by your own media source, provider, or network, as those are outside our control.

Payments are processed securely by PayPal. You can pay with a PayPal account or directly with a debit or credit card — no PayPal account required.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer-protection rights you may have under the law that applies to you.
