Do you provide any channels or content?+
No. GoBox is a media player — a tool. You bring your own media through an M3U playlist or Xtream login, and the app plays and organizes it on your TV. We provide no content of any kind.
How does activation work?+
When you first open the app on your TV it shows a MAC address and a 6-character device code. You sign in to the portal with those two values, attach your playlists, and the player picks them up automatically.
Which devices are supported?+
Any Android TV or Google TV device. The player is built on Media3 / ExoPlayer for smooth playback of HLS and other standard media streams.
Where are my source credentials stored?+
Encrypted at rest in the portal. They are sent to your TV only to load your own media, and are never resold or shared.
Can I use more than one playlist?+
Yes. Add as many as your plan allows, reorder them, and the player merges them into live, film and show sections.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes — every device gets a 7-day free trial when you first open the app. After that, unlock it for $5/year or $50 once for lifetime, from the portal using your TV's MAC and code.
